World leader in specialised loadbank manufacturing and testing solutions, Crestchic has made three top-level appointments, strengthening its business development across Europe and welcoming a new addition to its management team at its headquarters in Burton on Trent.
This significant investment comes hot on the heels of welcoming multiple subsidiaries into the brand family including Crestchic (Middle East) FZE, which was previously branded as part of parent company Northbridge Industrial Services PLC, and the recent acquisition of its Asia-Pacific equivalent.
Taking up the position as Business Development Manager Rental, Pieter Basten joins Crestchic with ten years’ experience in the industrial rental market having previously worked in finance. Based in Amsterdam, Pieter will be tasked with developing the European rental market for Crestchic outside the UK.
He said: “Joining Crestchic is very exciting, especially as the business continues with its innovation across Europe. Having worked as a Sales Engineer in the past, I often worked with Crestchic and its engineers so I know the importance of its loadbanks in the engineering industry.
“I am really looking forward to the rewarding challenge ahead as we look to develop Crestchic’s existing force of offering local service and support in the European market.”
In his role as the new Factory Manager, Kelby Henn joins Crestchic with a wealth of engineering and managerial experience in the electrical manufacturing industry. Originally from South Africa, Kelby moved to the UK nine years ago and joins the management team in Burton on Trent.
Kelby said: “I’m delighted to join the dynamic management team that is already in place at Crestchic. As an integral part of an organization that makes up our global company, I am really looking forward to the challenges that face the leading loadbank specialist in the world.”
In addition, Jim French has been hired as the new Sales Manager in the UK, where he will be spending his time in the Burton on Trent headquarters and visiting customers. Jim is armed with over 15 years’ experience in sales which includes working as the Sales Manager in the Middle East and Africa for Rolls-Royce Group.
He said: “It is an exciting time to join a global company that is always innovating and developing new ways to offer our customers appropriate solutions, with the role of loadbanks having an ever-increasing importance in the UK and globally I am looking forward to the challenges and rewards of working within the Crestchic organisation.”
